Industrial Folding Shutters Specification:
- Door Leaf: Cold rolled from 0.9 mm galvanised steel – vertically ribbed for strength.
- Picket, Hinge, Slide Section & Lattice Bar: All manufactured from cold rolled galvanised steel – thickness varying from 1.2 mm to 2 mm as required.
- Top & Bottom Track: Manufactured from 2mm and 3mm cold rolled galvanised steel – the top track is supplied with supporting brackets to suit site conditions.
- Trolley Assembly: All steel zinc plated construction with pre-lubricated ball race assemblies attached to the top of the picker assembly.
- Bottom Guide: Manufactured from zinc plated steel – fixed to the base of picket section and acts as a support for each pair of leaves.
- Operation: Usually manual, with suitable locking arrangements, but for larger and therefore heavier doors, powered operation, with single or 3 phase motors couples with a variety of control systems are available.
