Description:
A visible security barrier for shop front applications, all galvanized
steel construction. Available manually operated, but more usually
electrically operated for convenience and improved security.
Supplied in galvanised finish or can be fully factory powder coat
paint finished to standard RAL colours. Supplied as solid lath (no
vision through) or 3 mm. diameter staggered perforated pattern or
punched 125mm. x 25mm, with an in-line or brick bond pattern. Activation
by security key switch within a lockable box, or by radio
remote control system. All our roller shutters are complete with fail
safe anti-drop mechanism and low voltage controls.
Curtain:
0.9 mm (20g) x 75 mm curved lath galvanised steel.
Punching:
complete with a 3 mm diameter staggered perforated pattern or
125 mm wide x 25 mm deep, available in an inline or brick bond pattern.
Endlocks:
Hard wearing plastic fixed to alternate laths, covering the full height
of the curtain.
Bottom
Rail:
1.6 mm preformed galvanised T section fitted to the bottom of the
curtain.
Guide
Channels:
75 mm deep x 32 mm wide x 3 mm walled galvanised steel.
Canopy
/ Fascia:
0.9 (20g) galvanised steel formed to cover the end plates and barrel
assembly.
Finish:
Powder coated to colour from our standard RAL colour range.
Operation:
Electrically via a single phase tubular motor unit complete with safety
break anti-drop fail safe mechanisim nd hand crank manual overide.
Controls:
Low Voltage High Security Key Switch in a lockable steel box (padlock
by others) externally or Remote Control System with safety beam and
isolators or pulldown action using a pole and hook.
