Fully Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors System available in a range
of HP200 Plastisol Polyester and PVF2 finishes.
Panel
Section S1001: Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors are constructed from
double skinned 0.5mm thick steel panels hot dipped galvanized to BS2989:1982
with integrated self-extinguising polyurethane foam core, producing
a very strong and rigid section with excellent U value of 0.47 W/m2k.
Each panel incorporates low density compressible foam weather tight
joints.
Window
Section S1002: Double glazed at 622mm x 301mm(sight line)
with 110 radius corners can be incorporated within door panels to
customers requirements.
Seals:
S1003/4/5: Purpose designed neoprene seals are provided to
form weather tight joints around the door aperture the bottom seal
being of double tubular section with outward projecting strip to accommodate
minor floor irregularity's and provide a rain water run-off.
Operation:
Either manually operated by counter balanced spring roller
or endless hand chain mechanism, alternatively by single or 3 phase
power operators, with control options including, remote control, uninterruptible
power supply and safety edges.
Finish:
Panel section S1001: Fully finished to the outer face of either:
1)
Polyester Primer : off white
2) HP2000 plastisol in a range of colours.
3)Optional Finishes (subject to quantity): Other BSC Colourcoat colors
in both HP2000 Plastisol, Polyester and PVF2.
Finish to the internal face in all cases is bright white polyester
finish.
