Curtain
Outer skin: 0.9 mm x 100 mm flat galvanised steel.
Inner skin: 0.9 mm x 100 mm flat galvanised steel.
Insulation:
20 mm CFC free insulation.
Glazing:
Inline or Brickbond, consisting of a 200 mm wide x 40 mm deep punched
aperture complete with a 60 mm bridge between punches to inner and
outer skin and double glazed insert.
Endlocks:
Hard wearing black plastic fixed to alternate lathes covering the
full height of the curtain.
Bottom
Rail: Black nylon U section complete with black rubber weather seal.
Guide
Channels: 90 mm deep x 40 mm wide x 3 mm walled galvanised steel complete
with Double Brush Seals
Canopy/Facia:
0.9 mm (20g) galvanised steel to enclose the head plates and barrel
assembly.
Finish:
Powder coated to colour from our standard colour range.
Operation:
1. Electrically via a springless barrel assembly by a single or 3
phase hollow shaft motor complete with a safety brake and an endless
hand chain override in the event of a power failure.
2. Manually via a counter balanced spring barrel through single or
double chain and sprocket drive and an endless hand chain mechanism.
