Description:
A
traditionally designed and manufactured roller shutter door. Providing
reliable and easily maintainable service in use. All galvanised steel
construction. Supplied in galvanised finish, or can be fully factory
powder coat paint finished in RAL standard colours.
Available
manually operated (by counter balanced spring barrel and endless hand
chain mechanism) or electrically operated (by springless barrel assembly
with fail safe anti-drop safety brake mechanism and single or 3 phase
motor)wicket pass doors available for ease of access, either right
or left hand.
Curtain:
0.9 mm (20g) x 75 mm curved lath galvanised steel.
Endlocks:
Hard wearing black plastic fixed to alternate laths covering the full
height of the curtains
Bottom
Rail: 1.6 mm preformed galvanised steel T section.
Guide
Channels: 75 mm deep x 32 mm wide x 3 mm walled-galvanised steel.
Canopy
/ Fascia: 0.9 mm (20g) galvanised steel to enclose the head plates
and barrel assembly.
Finish:
Powder coated to colour from our standard colour range.
Operation:
1. Manually via a counter balanced spring barrel through single or
double chain and sprocket drive and an endless hand chain mechanism.
2. Electrically
via a springless barrel assembly by a heavy duty 3 phase hollow shaft
motor complete with safety brake and endless hand chain override in
the event of a power failure.
Locking:
Either bullet or central locking.
