BGID operates as four divisions:
 

Industrial, Commercial & Security Doors and BGID Securi-Store Retail Security Systems

The Industrial, Commercial and Security Doors division General Manager is Mark Tolley - we manufacture, supply and install industrial and commercial security doors for warehouse, loading bay, factory and workshop applications, including industrial roller shutter doors, folding shutter doors, insulated sectional overhead doors and steel security door and frame sets. Our installation teams operate over almost the whole of mainland U.K.

Our soon to be completed Industrial Showroom will be open to customers wishing to view industrial roller shutter doors of every type, steel security door and frame sets, Securi-Store Retail Security products including shop front roller shutters, window grilles, anti ram-raid bollards and steel security boxes, cupboards and bond rooms.
 

Maintenance & Repair of Industrial, Commercial & Security Doors

The Industrial, Commercial Repair and Service division is managed by Mark's assistant, Sean Element. The teams of engineers undertake maintenance and repair of virtually every type of industrial, commercial and security door. An essential part of the divisions activities is the Emergency Service which operates 24/7 - it's as simple as that. By calling 07778 375310 customers can be absolutely assured of a positive response to their needs for an emergency repair at any hour of the day or night  -  24/7  -  it's as simple as that.

These two Departments have recently been merged in order to provide our customers with a seamless "one-stop" facility for both new installations and repair and maintenence of virtually every type of industrial, commercial and security door. Keeping the administration together is Office Manager Beki Crowson, and carrying out the bulk of the many and important site surveys is Kelvin Baddams.
 

Domestic Garage Doors 

The Domestic Garage Doors division is headed up by Jenny Robinson, this division is an approved installer of garage doors from all of the leading U.K based manufacturers. Most commonly, BGID use up and over garage doors, and sectional garage doors from the Garador range.

BGID have developed the very successful Rowley Range of steel side hinged garage doors, along with Electroglide, our own electrically operated and remote controlled roller garage door. We carry an extensive range of garage door spare parts, and of course offer a comprehensive repair and maintenance service.
 

Powder Coating

BGID offers Powder coating in Birmingham, West Midlands where you can expect a state of the art surface coating service. Uing a continuous process powder coat paint plant, alongside a 4 stage pre-treatment plant. Operational since late 2005 the plant serves BGID's own requirements, but is also now firmly established as a top quality surface finishing / powder coating company in our local area.
