Description:

DOOR LEAF - manufactured from 1.5 mm. galvanised steel sheet, folded and welded to shape, with galvanised steel bracing for strength and for hardware supports. “T” Section to door edge, finished door thickness 45 mm.

FRAME - manufactured from 2 mm. galvanised steel cold rolled to rebated profile - mitred and internally welded corners and complete with heavy duty fixing plates and galvanised steel threshold 'to choice.

DOOR FURNITURE - zinc plated continuous hinge incorporating 2 no. steel security pegs - all other hardware to client choice, but normally including panic/emergency exit furniture, mortice locks with knob or lever handles, or BGID heavy duty lock bars. Full Health & Safety or Emergency door signage is also available.

DOOR FACE OPTIONS - plain face or vision and ventilation louvres to a wide range of sizes.

THRESHOLD OPTIONS - flat or rebated to suit door opening in or opening out.

FINISH OPTIONS - galvanised steel and primed, or fully factory powder coat paint finished to RAL standard colours.
