Bar Grilles and Servery Shutters are designed to be aesthetically
pleasing whilst offering security. Generally available with injection
moulded links to form a cruciform pattern. Also available with aluminium
tubes and links to form a brick bond pattern.
Often
manually operated with counter balanced spring. Can also be electrically
operated with controls to suit the location. Cruciform bar grilles
available in a variety of colours, whilst aluminium tube and link
grilles can be standard mill finish, anodised or fully factory powder
paint coat finished to RAL standard colours.
Construction:
1. Injection
moulded links to form a cruciform pattern of 71mm x 76mm centres with
white injection moulded nylon lath retainer fixed to alternate laths
covering the full height of the shutter curtain.
2. Constructed
from 10 mm. x 78 mm. aluminium tubes and 12 mm. x 60mm. links to form
a 160 mm. x 50 mm. brick bond pattern. Alternatively -
Constructed from 13 mm. x 110 mm. aluminium tubes and 16 mm. x 75
mm. links to form a 228 mm. x 65 mm. brick bond pattern.

Electrically via a single phase tubular motor unit complete with safety
