DESCRIPTION
A punched and glazed roller shutter allowing greater freedom for flexibility
of shop front design and layout. High quality extruded aluminium lath
and guide sections.
Neoprene nosing to bottom rail and guide section complete with hard
wearing weather strip. Supplied in anodised finish, or fully factory
powder coat paint finished to standard RAL colours.
Available manually operated or, more usually, electrically operated
for convenience and improved security. Activation by security key
switch within a lockable box, or radio remote control system.
All our
roller shutters are complete with fail safe anti-drop mechanism, and
low voltage Controls as Standard.
SPECIFICATION
Curtain:
90 mm flat, rigidly constructed from high quality extruded aluminium.
Punching:
Inline: 152mm wide x 59 mm deep aperture.
Double inline: 330 mm wide x 59 mm deep apertures.
Brick Bond: 152 mm wide x 59 mm deep apertures.
Glazing:
Achieved by use of 2 mm High Impact Acrylic.
Endlocks: Hard wearing plastic fixed to alternate laths, covering
the full height of the curtain.
Bottom
Rail: 82 mm deep x 60 mm wide extruded aluminium complete with weather
strip.
Guide
Channels: 65mm deep x 45mm wide extruded aluminium complete with 3
no. hard wearing glide strips to each guide.
Canopy
/ Fascia: Galvanised Steel, folded to form a cover over end plates
and barrel assembly.
Finish:
Anodised or Fully Factory Powder coat paint finish to RAL standard
colours.
Operation:
1. Electrically via a single phase tubular motor unit complete with
a safety brake mechanism and a hand crank manual override.
OR
2. Gear crank operation internally (shutters to be fitted externally)
complete with an auto lock mechanism.
